#51 feat: serializadores de categorias y categorias anidadas en productos

Issue #51: discriminacion y administracion de categorias de productos.

- ProductCategorySerializer (name/external_id read_only)
- ProductCategoryBriefSerializer para el JSON de productos
- ProductSerializer.categories ahora devuelve objetos anidados
