- Reemplaza setup.py/setup.cfg por pyproject.toml (PEP 621) + poetry.lock - Dev dependencies en [tool.poetry.group.dev.dependencies] - Elimina requirements_dev.txt (deps dev en pyproject.toml) - Actualiza tox.ini, Makefile, Makefile.dev, Dockerfile y docs
